Non-Coincidental Peak Load

Non-coincidental peak load represents the sum of each footprint's members' peak energy use for a particular day. Read more about SPP’s footprints. The non-coincidental peak load is higher than the peak load served at any single point in time (coincident peak), since some members may experience their peak load at a different time than others. Visit the Fast Facts page for coincident peak and more SPP statistics.

This data is for informational purposes only. When comparing year-to-year data, keep in mind that peak load will reflect changes in SPP’s membership. You can get snapshots of membership over time from our annual reports.
