The Southwest Power Pool, Inc. (“SPP”), as the
Independent Transmission Organization (“ITO”) for the Louisville Gas & Electric Company’s (“LG&E”) and
Kentucky Utilities Company’s (“KU”) systems, hereby submits the ITO’s Semi-Annual Report, in accordance with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission’s orders
approving the establishment of the ITO and section 12.1.2 of the ITO Agreement in LG&E/KU’s Open Access Transmission Tariff (“OATT”).
