Kansas City Power & Light is in the process of reconductoring the LaCygne-West Garnder 345kV line. This will result in a summer capacity upgrade from the current 1251mVA rating to 1802mVA. The line is being upgraded as a Requested Upgrade sponsored by KCP&L. As such, KCP&L would expect to receive future revenue for any transmission service sold in the direction of the constraint as per Attachment Z of the SPP OATT.
