SPP's Integrated Marketplace training program is designed to provide participants with learning opportunities to close knowledge and skills gaps. The training sessions will be modular and based on end-to-end process flows, such as Transmission Congestion Rights, Registration, etc.
The learning experiences will include classroom, virtual, and participant-specific outreach. Participants will be able to use various resource materials and performance-support tools. Ongoing evaluations will be performed to assess knowledge and performance readiness, as well as course-content quality and instruction.
Registration, course schedules, and information are available through the SPP Learning Center (LMS).
Registered market participants (MPs) can proceed by logging in and navigating to the "Browse for Training" screen.
Non-registered members can register by choosing the "register here" link under "SPP member company."
Non-member MPs can register through the "Registered entities who are non-SPP members and other non-members should register here".
Integrated Marketplace Training Objectives
- Ensure essential training is in place and offered in a timely manner to support project activities.
- Provide training opportunities and performance-support tools that foster competent performance of market-related job tasks.
- Address new business processes, job tasks, and software applications that will be affected.
- Perform training readiness assessments and implement remediation actions as required.
