Net Benefits Test
In compliance with FERC Order No. 745, SPP utilizes the Net Benefits Test to determine the threshold point above which Demand Response resources will be compensated at full Locational Imbalance Price (LIP). By the 15th of each month, SPP will calculate the Net Benefits Test and post the results below for the following month.
