Regional Standards Under Development
Compliance Line | NERC Standards Under Dev. | Homepage (SPP RE)
Through the process described in the NERC- and FERC-approved SPP RE Standards Development Process Manual, SPP RE may develop separate SPP Regional Reliability Standards that go beyond, add detail to, or cover matters not addressed in NERC continent-wide standards. Regional reliability standards, if approved by the RE Trustees, are forwarded to NERC for review and submittal to FERC for approval.
Any interested party may propose a standard or vote on proposed standards by registering within a segment defined in the SPP RE Standards Development Process Manual.
To stay updated on proposed standards, subscribe to the Regional Entity Standards Development E-mail Exploder.
Links in the following table provide the status and further explanation of proposed standards under development.
