Regulatory and Legal Group

The Regulatory and Legal Group oversees, coordinates and implements SPP's legal and regulatory efforts by providing expertise, leadership and representation on federal, state and legal matters in furtherance of SPP objectives. The Regulatory and Legal Group serves as a resource by providing expertise and information to SPP stakeholders and the regulatory community. The Regulatory and Legal Group also provides guidance and advice to SPP's management and represents SPP before a diverse audience, which often focuses on governmental entities in a value-added manner.
