ICT SPC SIS Task Force
The SIS Task Force was formed by the ICT Stakeholder Policy Committee to:
- Understand and explore issues regarding long-term transmission service and studies.
- Increase understanding of the Flowgate Financial Rights (FFR) process through enhanced transparency, and ensure that FFR information is provided to transmission customers in the System Impact Study (SIS) and Facility Study Reports.
- Increase the transparency and usefulness of the SIS Report through additional information, clarify areas of the report, and provide additional information to stakeholders regarding the SIS process.
- Facilitate open discussion among group members.
- Seek consensus regarding the most efficient and fair alternatives to correct gaps in the SIS process.
- Assist in making reasonable decisions based on information gleaned from the group's discussions.
