Operations Congestion Management Task Force
The Operations Congestion Management Task Force (OCMTF) will review current SPP RC Congestion Management procedures and recommend any necessary changes to reduce SOL exceedances. The Task Force will also monitor the progress of the recommended changes adopted for implementation.
