RC Readiness Task Force
The RC Readiness Task Force (RCRTF) will develop and evaluate measures intended to ensure the RC service transition occurs with a high level of reliability. The RCRTF will focus on training for existing and new staff, readiness metrics that track project implementation progress and overall project health, and successful shadow operations practices.
