Cost Allocation Working Group
The Cost Allocation Working Group (CAWG) reports to the Regional State Committee (RSC), and assists the RSC in addressing matters for which the RSC has primary responsibility as defined in Section 7.2 of the SPP Bylaws. In addition, the CAWG will assist the RSC in addressing any other issues as requested by the RSC.
