The Markets+ Participants Executive Committee (MPEC) is responsible, through its designated working groups, for developing and recommending policies and procedures related to the technical operations for the Markets+ Market in accordance with its scope as approved by the Markets+ Independent Panel (MIP). Recommendations approved by the MPEC are advanced to the MIP.
